the 6p framework
Organizations rarely struggle for one reason. What appears to be a performance problem may begin with the plan. A process problem may actually be a people problem. Slow execution may be caused by unclear priorities, decision rights, or accountability.
The 6P Framework™ provides a disciplined way to examine the organization as a connected operating system and identify where execution is breaking down.
Six diagnostic questions that reveal where execution is breaking down.

Is the strategy clear and executable?
Does the organization understand where it is going, what matters most, and how strategic priorities translate into executable commitments?

Are targets being met consistently?
Are the right outcomes being measured, understood, and managed? Can leadership see performance early enough to act before problems become results?

Are the right leaders aligned?
Are the right people in the right roles with clear expectations, accountability, decision authority, and the capability required to execute?

Do systems deliver consistent results?
Are critical processes clearly defined, connected across functions, and capable of producing repeatable outcomes without unnecessary friction or rework?

Is there operating rhythm and accountability?
Does the organization have the cadence, communication, decision making, and follow through required to keep priorities moving?

Can improvements scale without heroics?
improvements be sustained? Are the systems, leadership capabilities, and operating disciplines strong enough to continue producing results as the organization grows?
A weak Plan can create a Performance problem. A People issue can appear to be a Process failure. Poor Pace can undermine an otherwise sound strategy. And improvement that cannot be Perpetuated eventually sends the organization back to where it started.
The objective is to understand the connections before deciding what needs to change.

A Proprietary Operating Framework
The 6P Framework™ is The Operator's View's proprietary methodology for diagnosing organizational constraints. Specific application and analysis are conducted during engagement under confidentiality.
The 6P Framework helps identify where the constraints exist. What happens next depends on what we find.

Understand the current state and underlying constraints.

Design the appropriate operating response.

Put the solution into practice, build capability, and sustain improvement.
Execution challenges rarely come with a label. The 6Ps reveal where the constraint lives.

The work is not successful because recommendations were delivered.
It is successful when the organization has the leadership, systems, processes, and operating discipline to execute consistently and sustain improvement.
